Sick Mommy

All those flu bugs flying around this winter, and I guess one was bound to catch up to Heather. And it did these past couple days. The flu started showing up on Saturday, getting worse on Sunday, and then put her to bed all day on Monday -- Christmas Eve of all days! She was miserable, and sad to have missed many of the festivities that day ... but after a good night's rest, she made a strong comeback on Christmas day. Despite being a little worn out, she managed to put in a full day of visits and present-opening. Through it all, Baby Woodruff stayed active with all of the squirming around, but was nice to mommy by holding back on the hard kung-fu kicks.
